Why I Created Cindy’s Wellness

I created Cindy’s Wellness to provide clear, reliable, and easy-to-understand health education, with a special focus on cancer care and the needs of patients and families.

Drawing on more than 35 years of clinical nursing experience, including over 30 years in oncology nursing, I share practical, evidence-based educational information about cancer, cancer treatments, side effects, diagnostic tests and scans, patient preparation, and questions to discuss with healthcare providers.

My goal is to help patients and caregivers better understand cancer-related health information, feel more prepared for conversations with their healthcare team, and navigate the healthcare experience with greater confidence.
